Help and support
Make yourself at home.
A few answers to help you get started, organise your work and understand your results.
Where should I start?
Try an example to get familiar with the workflow. If you have an account, sign in to the Workbench, import a supported CV or EIS file, then review the columns, units and experimental conditions before choosing a method.
How do I organise my research?
Keep related datasets, experimental conditions, setups and results in a project. Saved records help you revisit the experiment without rebuilding its context.
What should I look for in a fit?
Review the model assumptions, fitted parameters, uncertainty and residuals together. Different models can explain similar responses, so use your experimental context when drawing conclusions.
Can I return to a saved result?
Yes. A saved result retains its dataset, method and software version. A new analysis creates a separate result, so the original remains available.
How do I access the beta?
Beta access is free and by invitation. Your invitation will include account instructions, available workflows and the beta terms. Public registration is not yet open.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use the email address associated with your invitation. The sign-in page offers password recovery. If you need help, contact the person who invited you while the support mailbox is being set up.
Account help and feedback
While the support mailbox is being set up, invited users can contact the person who invited them. The same contact can help with account access, accessibility, product feedback and privacy questions.
Our planned address is support@echemsuite.com. It is not receiving support requests yet.
What should I include when reporting a problem?
Tell us the page, the steps you took and what you expected to happen. Include a result reference or a screenshot with confidential details removed if useful. Keep passwords, invitation links and recovery links private.
Your data and privacy
When you browse the website
The public pages offer product information and illustrative examples. They do not collect registration or feedback submissions. Hosting services receive connection details, including IP addresses and page requests, to deliver and protect the site.
When you use the Workbench
Signing in connects you to your account and the research records you choose to save. Your invitation will include the full privacy notice, with service providers, retention and your data rights.
When you use Learn
Learn saves lesson choices and progress in your browser. Quiz answers and virtual-lab runs reset when you leave their panel. Download work you want to keep. Clearing site data removes local progress and may sign you out.
Questions about your information
Use your invitation contact for now. Account help and privacy requests will share the support address once it is active.
Taking part in the beta
The free beta focuses on CV and EIS workflows, with learning content alongside them. Use your own account and files you are authorised to upload. You retain ownership of your research. Examples and teaching simulations are clearly labelled.
Your invitation will include the beta terms and a guide to getting started. Feedback on analysis, navigation and learning will help us improve the experience.
